Post-scriptum du « cas Kristeva »

Avant d’en arriver au post-scriptum, je
dois tout d’abord entrer dans le vif du sujet. Le vendredi 30 mars, j’ai été
invitée par la radio nationale à commenter la publication du dossier secret de
Julia Kristeva. Voilà en résumé ce que j’ai déclaré à l’antenne :
-
premièrement, ce cas est une farce et il constitue le
énième échec de la Commission dite des dossiers, mais surtout, de la loi
médiocre qu’elle applique ;
-
ce qui a été publié ne prouve qu'une chose et c'est la stratégie
personnelle de Kristeva visant à épargner aux membres de sa famille restés en
Bulgarie les ennuis qui les menaçaient. Car si elle avait été qualifiée
d’« émigrée définitive », d’ennemie du peuple, et j’en passe, les
complications pour ses proches auraient été inévitables. Au nom de sa famille,
elle a essayé d’entretenir, avec les autorités bulgares, des relations
correctes que l’on pourrait qualifier de tout sauf de collaboration
d’agent ;
-
tout cela crève les yeux, même au lecteur non prévenu.
Mais visiblement pas aux membres de la commission. Les conversations mondaines
et les comptes rendus de la presse française que Kristeva « file »
aux services secrets bulgares sont qualifiés par les membres de la commission
de « renseignements d’agent ».

et tout cela est arrivé car un certain flic du Deliorman, Evtim Kostadinov, et sa société affiliée sont devenus arrogants
au point de vouloir frimer en Europe car la Bulgarie ne leur livre plus un
terrain qui soit à la mesure de leurs ambitions ;
-
au final, j’ai exprimé mon espoir que le scandale suscité
par la publication du dossier secret de Julia Kristeva débouche un jour sur
quelque chose de positif : que cette loi soit enfin déchirée et jetée dans
la poubelle la plus proche. Et que l’on pense (si jamais il y a encore
quelqu’un qui pense dans ce pays) à fonder un Institut de la Mémoire où
travailleraient des gens sérieux et non des clones d’Evtim Kostadinov et des actuels membres de la commission.
Telles furent, en somme, les grandes
lignes de mon intervention à la radio. Venons-en à présent au post-scriptum.
La publication de ces dossiers, en plus
d’avoir profondément satisfait l’esprit provincial de la « cabale »
locale en lui fournissant un terrain pour ses exercices amateurs sur la
biographie de Kristeva, a eu une retombée extrêmement importante : elle a
dévoilé les mécanismes, les principes – ou plutôt l’absence de principes
– de travail de la commission. Elle a démasqué le volontarisme des
jugements et la perte de toute sensibilité à l’endroit de chaque cas
individuel. Elle a montré la façon dont quelques personnes choisies au hasard
décident qui devrait être exposé au grand jour et qui non. Et cela nous incite
à nous demander combien de décisions aussi irresponsables et dangereuses ont
été prises, jetant l’opprobre sur la vie de nombreuses personnes.
C’est pourquoi je vais le répéter encore
une fois : cette loi est à mettre à la poubelle comme la commission tout
entière.

P. S. to the case of Julia Kristeva
In order to get to the
postscript, however, I have to go over the heart of the matter. On Friday, 30
March, I was invited by the national radio to comment on the published files of
Julia Kristeva. Here is a summary of what I said on
air:
• First of all, the whole case is a farce and what is more yet another failure of the
Files Committee

but mostly a failure of the incompetent law it serves.
• Everything that has been published only proves Kristeva’s personal strategy to protect her family in Bulgaria from trouble because if she
were to be classified as an expatriate, an enemy of the people, etc. the
troubles were bound to begin. She tried to maintain a polite relationship with
the Bulgarian government for her family’s sake, yet this relationship can be
called anything but collaboration as a secret service agent.
• All this is as clear as
day to any unbiased reader. It turns out, however, that this is far from
evident to the Committee. The public dialogue and the retelling of the French news which Kristeva feeds the secret
services is regarded by the Committee as worthwhile information.
• All of this happens
because the small town militiaman Evtim Kostadinov and his cronies got so ahead of themselves that
they decided to show off on the European stage, the Bulgarian becoming too
small for them.
• Finally, I expressed my
hopes that the scandal around Julia Kristeva’s files
will lead to something positive: that this law is eventually going to be torn
to pieces and thrown in the nearest bin. And also that it will make someone
think – if there is really anyone left to think in this country –
of establishing an Institute of Memory where serious people and not Evtim Kostadinov’s clone army and
the present members of the Committee will start working.
Broadly speaking, this
outlines my point of view on the radio programme. And
here comes the postscript.
The publishing of these
files provided not only deep provincial complacency to the local “gang” and
field for their individual exercises on Kristeva’s biography but also revealed something of extreme importance: it revealed the
mechanisms, the principles – or, to be more precise, their total lack
– in the work of the Committee. It revealed the voluntarism in its
judgement and the total loss of any sensitivity to individual fates whatsoever.
It revealed the way in which some random people to a great extend decide who is
going to be on the right side and who on the wrong. And this made us wonder how
many more reckless and dangerous decisions tarnishing the reputations of quite
a number of people have been taken.
This is why I repeat
myself – scrap the law and the whole Committee with it.

P.S. към казуса Юлия Кръстева
За да стигна до постскриптума обаче, трябва все пак да мина през същината на тезата.
В петък, 30 март, бях поканена от националното радио да коментирам публикуваното досие на Юлия Кръстева. Ето кратко резюме на казаното от мен:
- Първо, случаят е фарс и пореден провал и на комисията по досиетата, но най-вече на този некадърен закон, който тя обслужва.
- Това, което е публикувано, доказва единствено личната стратегия на Кръстева да опази семейството си, останало в България, от неприятности. Защото, ако тя бъде квалифицирана като невъзвращенка, враг на народа и пр., неприятностите са неминуеми.
В името на семейството тя се опитва да поддържа коректни отношения с българските власти, които могат да бъда определени всякак, само не и като агентурно сътрудничество.
- Всичко това е очевадно за всеки непредубеден читател. Оказа се обаче, че не е очевадно за комисията. Светските беседи и преразказите на френската преса, които Кръстева пробутва на службите, членовете на комисията определят като агентурни данни.
- И всичко това се случва, защото делиорманският милиционер Евтим Костадинов и присъдружната му компания са се самозабравили дотам, че са решили да се изпъчат и на европейски терен, българският вече им е тесен.
- Накрая изразих надежда скандалът около досието на Юлия Кръстева да доведе до нещо позитивно: най-после този закон да бъде скъсан и хвърлен в най-близкото кошче. И да се мисли, ако въобще има кой да мисли в тази държава, за създаване на Институт за паметта,
в който да работят сериозни хора, не клонинги на Евтим Костадинов и сегашните членовете на комисията.
Това,
в най-общи линии, бяха тезите в радиогастрола ми. И тук идва ред на постскриптума.
Публикуването на тези папки, освен че вкара в дълбоко провинциално доволство местната „тусовка”
и й предостави терен за самодейни упражнения върху биографията на Кръстева, разкри нещо изключително важно: разкри механизмите, принципите – по-точно, тяхното отсъствие,
в работата на комисията. Яви волунтаризма в преценките й и загубата на всякаква чувствителност към конкретни съдби. Яви начина, по който в голяма степен случайно подбрани персони определят кой да бъде под чертата и кой – над. И ни накара да се запитаме колко ли още подобни безотговорни и опасни решения са били взети, които са дамгосали живота на не малко хора.
Затова отново ще повторя – законът в коша, а заедно с него и цялата комисия.
